• One Commander does not collect or transmit users' personal data.
• On start, the program will check for updates by downloading 10-byte text file https://onecommander.com/version.txt to compare that version with the running version, and display update notification if an update is available. No user data is transmitted.
• This program uses Microsoft Azure Application Insights (Microsoft IP) to log Application crashes and program configuration in order to fix the error that has resulted in a crash and to improve the program. This service should be GDPR Compliant (meaning there is no way to trace back to a certain user and user's identity or IP address).
• If the program crashes, a crash report (stack trace) will be generated and submitted. The report doesn't contain any personally-identifiable information. The sole purpose of the report is to determine the cause of the program crash.
• From the About section of the program, users can open program Help or other related websites in their default web browser. These webpages collect standard visitor analytics data like any other website on the Internet.
• Any feedback, feature request or ideas that you send to us in emails or by filling out feedback form, become our property. Your email address will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
